About MindGym
MindGym was created to transform the performance of people, by changing how they think, feel and behave every day. We deliver change through our one-to-one coaching app and digitally enabled workshops which form part of a growing suite of products.
We are behavioural change specialists, conceived 21 years ago around a dinner table, and launched shortly after, at our founder’s kitchen table.
Today our client list includes most of the FTSE100/S&P100, including some of the world’s biggest organisations such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Vodafone and Microsoft. Over 3 million professionals in 60 countries have taken part in a live Mind Gym experience. And we successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange.
But one thing has stayed the same. Our passion to help people use their minds more effectively so they get more out of life and give more to others. Do you want to be part of something different, inspiring and transformational? As part of our Client Delivery Team you’ll spearhead delivery of our learning programmes that change performance and culture in organisations. At MindGym, we believe personalised training experiences drive action because one size fits no one.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and manage exciting, best-in-class, large-scale training programmes.
The Job
You’ll be organising and overseeing learning programmes for our portfolio of amazing clients. This is a fast-paced and creative environment where you will never be bored. You’ll take a deep dive into the world of MindGym and learn all about our disruptive form of behaviour change. Spoiler alert: it’s all based on science and the concept of bite-size learning.
As a Client Associate, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery process for our client programmes, from scheduling sessions, selecting and briefing coaches to collating and sharing programme insights back with clients. You’ll also partner closely with our internal teams to coordinate and develop bespoke client projects
Thing's you'll be responsible for
- Delivery of the end-to-end booking management process for training sessions, ensuring all delivery logistics are confirmed and in place ahead of each training session (data entry)
- Coach sourcing and creating programme schedules for clients
- Downloading and formatting client feedback reports
- Professional, informed and timely responses to all communications to clients, coaches and internal team members
- Attending briefing calls with clients and formulating programme briefs to set our coaches up for impactful deliveries

- Administrative support for office, project, logistics and team coordination
If this role sounds like something you’d be great at, we’d love to hear from you.
