Founded in 2016, OutThink is a young, VC-backed start-up building the world's first Cybersecurity Human Risk Management Platform (SaaS).
Using cutting-edge science and technology, OutThink protects organisations of any size by reducing the risk of security breaches caused by human behaviour. Our platform is used by large, complex organisations around the world.
We are seeking a Junior Chief of Staff to support the CEO, join our amazing team and play an important role in growing the business.
As one of our early hires, this role offers significant greenfield opportunities and incredible career growth.
Requirements
As Junior Chief of Staff for OutThink, you’ll be working directly with our Founder and CEO, Flavius Plesu. This is an opportunity to get to know the Founder in-depth and support him with anything he needs. There is great freedom in this role. OutThink is looking for someone who’s driven, uses initiative and works effectively.
You will take action, progress things swiftly and solve problems as they arise, incl.:
- Diary management for the CEO
- Travel arrangements
- Problem-solving
- Actioning enquiries and emails on behalf of the founder
- Supporting or taking ownership of and delivering special projects
This role will give you an excellent understanding of how unicorn businesses are built and the scaling journey of a fast-paced start-up. You will work with amazing people.

- The ability to gauge and understand the demands and pace that the CEO is required to work to so you can mirror that and flex your working style to support the business demands
- A good understanding of frequently used computer software/applications, such as Microsoft Office, HR, Finance and CRM systems.
