And that’s why we are looking for a Sales Representative in the UK! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through helping get Heura everywhere on menus!


YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Prospect new customers and grow the current customer base in the above sectors outlined; liaising with key customer personnel; identifying and evaluating additional needs; and analysing opportunities.
  • Build strong and sustainable customer relationships with buyers and their surrounding team.
  • Increase product distribution to existing customers and develop sales by creating product presentations and bespoke sell-in decks, explain product enhancements and use cases and introduce new products on release
  • Cross-functional working, be the voice internally for your key partners, working with operations, marketing, comms etc.
  • Engage with the Heura growth team to ensure best possible commercials are achieved and negotiate in bid support
  • Contribute information to sales strategy by evaluating current product results, identifying needs, monitoring competitive products, and analysing and relaying customer feedback.
  • Initiate sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential leads and scheduling site visits, samples and product demonstrations.
  • Increase sector knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining a strong personal network.

  • Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.
  • Based in the UK.
  • Proven success in a similar role and a strong commercial background
  • Customer Relationships/Planning: Be capable of planning and managing territories effectively and in line with local requirements.
  • Field sales experience.
  • Confident, not afraid of rejection!
  • A proven track record of delivering business growth with existing accounts.
  • Great business sense and commercially aware of the consequences of decision making, striking the right balance between customer success and profit.
  • Open to flexibility that is required from the role and content of work – home and field based, flexible working hours.
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Target driven and results orientated.
  • Proactive approach and ability to use initiative.
  • Able to work and perform well under pressure and time constraints.
  • Puts in a sustained effort to get things right and stays focused on the end result.
  • Personable and confident, with strong networking abilities and rapport building.
  • An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
