The European Space Agency (ESA) is seeking two HR Business Partners to join our HR Business Partnering Division within the Human Resources Department. Our team comprises over 100 internal and external professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality HR services to a workforce of more than 7,700 across various ESA establishments.

The role: As an HR Business Partner, you will be the primary interface between Human Resources and the business, supporting ESA Directorates in strategic workforce planning and organizational transformation. You will provide strategic advice and operational support to leadership teams on organizational design, capability development, and change management. This role involves frequent travel within Europe.

Job requirements: Candidates should hold a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology with 10 years of directly relevant professional experience, including at least 7 years in an HR advisory or business partnering role and 3 years in coordinating a team of HR professionals. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential.
