Role Summary

  • Primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
  • Manage the order-to-delivery process

Role Requirements

The role: As a Customer Service Coordinator at Oatly, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests. Your responsibilities will include managing the order-to-delivery process, coordinating logistics, communicating status updates, and troubleshooting service concerns. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer account data and assist with quality assurance follow-ups.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company. You should have exceptional communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in ERP and spreadsheet software is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The ideal candidate will be flexible to changing priorities and comfortable working in a remote environment.
