This role involves driving growth, deepening partnerships with major distributors like Sysco and US Foods, and steering cross-functional execution to meet revenue, margin, and distribution targets. You will build go-to-market strategies, lead forecasting and promotional investment processes, and enhance our sales organization's effectiveness with analytics and selling tools.
Job requirements: You should be a leader with the ability to open new business and grow existing business profitably. You need to be well-connected in the foodservice space, particularly with distributor networks. The role requires flexibility, results-driven focus, and strong analytical skills. You should be comfortable selling premium products and have proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, Anaplan, and other trade systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently.
