Job summary: 

The Workplace team aims to empower our teams to deliver their best work by building a collaborative, fun, globally connected and community-driven workplace. Reporting to the Head of Global Workplace, the Workplace Program Manager cultivates the workplace experience by driving a number of key and varied initiatives spanning all aspects of our workplace offering. From ensuring our global H&S plans are implemented to putting in place engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience of our remote and in-office teams. You will work closely with our current workplace team as well as ensure alignment with our Head of Employer Branding, DEIB and Employee Engagement.


Main tasks & responsibilities: 

  • Organise programs and activities that increase engagement and active participation in workplace initiatives.
  • Create consistency among multiple events and programs to ensure alignment with Workplace and DEIB goals.
  • Collaborate with local Workplace Team, Office Directors and Other Corporate Functions Stakeholders to support effective delivery of programs including (but not limited to) health and safety, food and beverage programs, office and remote events and team outings.
  • Scope, schedule and budget proposed programs with the potential impact for key stakeholder review.
  • Lead change management of the program including the creation of program-level communication and change plans and frameworks.
  • Create/revamp playbooks and guidelines - to be continuously updated based on learnings and best practices.
  • Lead other programs and special projects, as required, in support of Workplace objectives.

Requirements:

Essential -

  • Experience in managing projects, a project management qualification would be a bonus.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to get feedback and drive improvement efforts Excellent organisation skills and acute attention to detail Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to develop business cases.
  • Proven communication skills and an ability to foster positive relationships
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience managing internal employee communications
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills Naturally accountable, responsible, and self-motivated
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues High on energy and enthusiasm
