The role: As the LEO-PNT Lead end-to-end Performance Engineer, you will be part of the Celeste System Unit within the Future Navigation Department at ESA. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the performance requirements of the Celeste and LEO-PNT systems, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the integration of system performance tools and simulations. You will also contribute to the system architecture, operations concept, and the performance verification program.
Job requirements: Candidates should have a master's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in LEO-PNT systems, GNSS systems, and managing industrial activities in space domains is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work internationally are also important.
