Hive Perform is revolutionising how sales teams win deals. We are an AI-native platform that bridges revenue intelligence and sales training for scaling businesses, trusted by over 10,000 employees at leading companies. Our science-based analysis framework provides complete deal visibility, tracks strategy execution, and guides sales reps on the next best steps to close more deals. Backed by Blenheim Chalcot, a world-leading venture builder, we are at the forefront of AI and innovation, passionate about applying AI to solve real revenue challenges and making a meaningful impact in the sales industry.

The role involves joining our engineering team to build intelligent systems that enhance deal-winning strategies for ambitious companies. You will work on challenging problems in sales intelligence, such as predicting deal outcomes, surfacing actions to move deals forward, and transforming sales data into strategic insights that drive revenue. In this fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of meaningful AI projects from day one, collaborate closely with our founding team, and see your code impact real businesses within weeks.

Your responsibilities include developing AI agents to predict deal outcomes and identify revenue risks, building intelligent coaching systems that surface personalized next-best-actions for sales reps, creating automation to help sales teams execute their playbooks consistently, and developing advanced analytics engines to convert sales conversations into strategic insights. You will also architect ML pipelines capable of processing millions of sales interactions in real-time, ensure data quality frameworks for accurate insights, implement RAG systems and vector search capabilities for content discovery, and deploy models using cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Monitoring and evaluation pipelines will be essential to ensure AI performance and reliability.

The impact of your work will be significant: shipping your first AI feature within the first month, utilizing large language models (LLMs) for processing real sales data for major clients by the third month, leading the development of major AI capabilities by the sixth month, and shaping the future of sales AI in your first year.

Ideal candidates will have a recent MSc/MEng in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields, with strong academic performance. Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and building end-to-end ML systems is required. Knowledge of PyTorch, transformers, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices is essential. Experience applying GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG systems, vector databases, and understanding production ML challenges will be highly valued. Candidates should have a genuine interest in sales processes and revenue optimization, with strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

We seek individuals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, are self-motivated, and eager to learn about sales, business strategy, and emerging AI technologies. Collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with product, design, and go-to-market teams are important.

Why join us? You will work with the latest in GenAI, LLMs, and production ML systems, with access to top-tier infrastructure and learning resources. Mentorship from experienced engineers and the opportunity to impact real customers' success make this a unique role. Benefits include a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off, life assurance, pension scheme, up to £900 in flexible benefits (medical, dental, gym), and being part of the Blenheim Chalcot family. Our culture emphasizes expertise, impact, innovation, and support, with regular social events and networking.
