- Design, build, and implement new Anaplan developments, collaborating with key finance teams.
- Lead the strategic direction of Anaplan platforms, ensuring models support decision-making.
- Redesign and maintain financial models, modules, and dashboards for FP&A processes.
- Drive best practices in Anaplan model design for optimal performance and usability.
- Provide technical leadership on Anaplan and support decision-making in model design.
- Monitor and optimize Anaplan models to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven experience in financial modelling and Anaplan platform management.
- Anaplan Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent qualification.
- Deep understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, managing various priorities.
- Banking or financial services background preferred, but not mandatory.

⭐ Our Finance team
As a Anaplan Solutions Architect, you will lead the development and maintenance of our Anaplan platform and strategic direction, working with stakeholders to deliver against the roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to develop our models that are used directly by multiple teams across Finance.
🔑You’ll play a key role by…
- Designing, building and implementing new developments in Anaplan.
- Collaborating closely with Finance Business Partners, FP&A, and Financial Risk teams to ensure modelling meets their needs and supports strategic decision-making.
- Redesigning, updating and maintaining models, modules, and dashboards to support FP&A processes.
- Implementing best practices in Anaplan model design, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and ease of use and ensuring solution design aligns with standards and policies.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance on Anaplan to team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising Anaplan models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Advising and supporting decision making in model design and managing associated risks and opportunities
🤩We’d love to hear from you if you…
- Strong experience in financial modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan, including experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Anaplan Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial models into Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.

📍This role can be based in our London or Cardiff offices, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
