What will you be doing?

As Trustee with Fundraising Focus, you'll identify opportunities and craft bids to fund our growth. We're expanding our successful Story Time brand, launching digital interactive content, and partnering with University of Hertfordshire on groundbreaking research into theatre's developmental benefits for children. You'll be a self-starter working autonomously with support from our finance and artistic teams, directly enabling our impact across the UK.

What are we looking for?

Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience in bid writing or fundraising strategy, with a track record of successful applications. You're highly literate, proactive, and can work autonomously while collaborating effectively. You can research funding opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and understand budgets. Passion for the arts and belief in theatre's power to change lives will fuel your commitment to our mission.
