The role we're offering is a temporary Claims Administrator position in our Claims Operations Non-Fault department. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks related to the claims process. This includes data entry, inbox management, and assisting the team with various administrative duties. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be key as you work to maintain up-to-date records and support the team in meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
Job requirements include being a quick learner, confident decision-maker, problem-solver, and self-starter. You'll need to adapt quickly, embrace change, and take initiative and ownership of your work. You'll also need to maintain a positive attitude even with repetitive tasks.
We're looking for people who are immediately available and can commit to a 40hr working week. Our recruitment process includes a one-way online interview and task, followed by a technical & culture interview with one of our Team leads.
