Role Summary
- Create, maintain, and optimise all copy and imagery across our owned channels in multiple languages.
- Manage 'Inform' content which includes merchandising our products and attractions, marketing them, CRM comms, and creating seasonal/tactical campaign content.
- Support the launch of new products and manage 'Inspire' content for our extensive travel blog and Trip Planner tool.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years writing experience with a solid portfolio.
- Proficient knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO, and merchandising practices to improve the customer journey for optimal conversion and UX.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and problem solve autonomously, creative problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to propose new ideas and initiatives.
- Desirable: Experience within the travel industry.

The role of the Content Manager is primarily responsible for the creation, maintenance and optimisation of all copy and imagery across our owned channels, in multiple languages. This includes 'Inform' content which involves how we merchandise our products and attractions, how we market them, CRM comms, creating seasonal/tactical campaign content and supporting on the launching of new products. 'Inspire' content largely involves creating and managing both AI and in-person content for our extensive travel blog and Trip Planner tool.
Job requirements include good knowledge of merchandising best practices to enhance a customer journey for optimal conversion and UX, 5+ years writing experience with a strong portfolio, good SEO knowledge, knowledge of website analytics tools, creative and problem-solving mindset, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and confidence in proposing new ideas and initiatives. Travel industry experience is desirable.
