Plus X is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at a key moment of growth as we look to recruit talented individuals into our central marketing team who will support the growth of the business.

You’ll be a self-starter, ready to roll your sleeves up and create, own, and implement a robust digital strategy for Plus X. You’ll play a pivotal part in the re-development of our website, helping us improve our user journeys, lead generation, reporting and targeted marketing. You’ll be working across a suite of fantastic products and services including our existing locations, new locations and an inspiring array of innovation programmes.
Location: This role can be based in either Hayes or Brighton with an element of hybrid working.
Hours: Standard 5 days, Monday to Friday: 9 - 5.30pm with 10-4pm core hours.
Responsibilities and Duties Main Duties:
+ Setting up a digital strategy for Plus X that sits across our location and programme products and services, enabling us to engage our target audiences
+ Analysing current digital user journeys, making live improvements to our current journeys to support brand awareness and lead generation
+ Owning our websites, all edits, and updates with the support of external developers
+ Playing a key role in the planning, management and roll out of a new central Plus X website
+ Owning our email strategy for email marketing and email list management
+ Informing data capture and implementing CRM automations to ensure marketing data is accurately collected and engaged with at the right times
+ Devising and executing an SEO strategy in collaboration with our Content & Social Media Manager, enabling us to appear a strong online position
+ Devising and executing a paid media strategy to enabling brand awareness and lead generation e.g. PPC and paid social
+ Setting up accurate reporting so we can measure the success of our marketing activity
+ Working with the sales team to ensure leads are accurately funnelled into their CRM pipeline
+ Setting up the digital presence of brand-new locations or programmes. This could include landing pages, data capture forms, photography, video assets
Key Result Areas:
+ Leading and executing a digital strategy, reporting on results and ROI + Improving lead generation for locations and programmes
+ Feedback internal and external from stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
Vast experience in:
+ A similar role(s), creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy that has enabled a business to grow as a result e.g. generate more leads via digital channels
+ Launching the digital presence of brand-new products or services e.g. landing pages for data capture, targeted emails, photography, video and digital campaigns
+ Managing digital marketing campaigns in house and with relevant agencies: PPC, SEO, paid social
+ Budget forecasting, management and reporting
+ Analytics reporting e.g. Google Analytics and Social Media platforms
Some experience in:
+ Improving digital user journeys to enable better lead generation and user experience
+ Integrating the above campaigns into our CRM system, to enable visibility and reporting
+ Informing, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
