Role Summary
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers; cultivating collaboration and technical delivery
  • Collaborate with our CTO to ideate and execute new features
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, balancing immediate needs with long-term vision
  • Support Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams in their operations
Role Requirements
  • Experience in a leadership role or as a line manager
  • Prior industry experience in full stack web app development (preferably in SaaS)
  • Strong knowledge in TypeScript / JavaScript
  • Proven experience collaborating with product teams and designers and delivering customer value

The role As an Engineering Lead, you will lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, urgency, and technical excellence. You will work closely with our CTO and co-founder, Karolis, to conceive and design new features. You will ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects while balancing short-term needs with long-term technical vision. You will take ownership of ensuring your team delivers projects in a fast-changing environment. You will also support Customer Success, Sales, and marketing teams.

Job requirements You have experience as a line manager or a leadership role. You're a strong individual contributor with multiple years of industry experience in a full stack web app development role (ideally in SaaS). You have great knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript and an appreciation for the language. You have experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers, and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
