🥖 The Role
Our Enterprise Accounts team are responsible for working with the largest & most influential businesses in the UK. This spans public sector (government departments), banks, professional services firms & global brands that work with UK growth companies.
Your work will include:
🫂 Client support: helping our clients to maximise the value of Beauhurst for their work.
🤝 Client onboarding: supporting Client Experience Managers with (or running) new user/client training and implementation.
🎬 Project delivery: helping our clients deliver various projects and custom research.
🧮 Data analysis: doing regular analysis on how our clients are using our platform, so we can best support them.
🫵 About you
This is an entry level role so we want to hear from you no matter your experience or background!
Ideally, you’ll be:
- Analytical: You have a natural affinity for numbers, love investigating what data can tell us, and you have some experience working in Excel or Google Sheets. You’ll be working directly with the Head of Enterprise Accounts to provide data-backed insights to shape our growth strategy for our book.
- A natural “people person”: You love working with people, find it easy to have conversations and build trust, and get a buzz from building relationships.
- A team player: You’ll be working with Enterprise Account Managers & Client Experience Managers to support all enterprise clients.
- A great communicator: You set yourself high professional standards for everything you write or say over a call/in-person meetings.
- Commercially driven: You are motivated by contributing towards commercial targets for our team and wider company and want to help create new commercial opportunities.
- Curious: Working across all enterprise clients requires an excellent understanding of all our clients’ industries and the value they’re looking to achieve through Beauhurst.
