Founding Cyber Security Architect

What will you be doing?

Design the security architecture across Tell Shame. 

· Establish identity, access and security standards across organisations and platforms. 

· Protect sensitive member, operational and financial information. 

· Design security monitoring and incident-response capabilities. 

· Work with every technical role to ensure security is part of the architecture rather than a separate layer.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications’/Experience 

 · Strong practical cybersecurity and security architecture experience. 

· Understanding of identity, access control, authentication, authorisation and encryption. 

· Experience designing security into systems from the beginning rather than adding it afterwards. 

· Good understanding of monitoring, threat detection, incident response and security principles. 

· Able to balance strong security with usable systems.
