The Role V&A South Kensington is a world of extraordinary global creativity, set in one of London’s most iconic buildings, with a collection spanning 5,000 years, and unmissable exhibitions and experiences for all. We are looking for engaging, visitor focused candidates to join our Front of House team, working within our galleries, entrance points and shops across the Museum. Whether directing visitors to the nearest facilities or helping to find the perfect memento in our gift shop - you will be responsible for making visitors feel part of the V&A family. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt their communication style to suit diverse audiences with the confidence to tailor bespoke experiences each day. Being commercially minded is key when promoting donations, gift aid or Membership - you will play a vital role a supporting the Museum's income streams. This role is ideally suited to candidates looking to build a career in Front of House Operations, with previous colleagues now in Supervisor and Management positions within the team.
