Role Requirements

  • Strong understanding of paid and organic marketing channels, SEO, backlinks, social, content, email, affiliate, community, and UGC
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Klaviyo
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Naturally curious, with a habit of testing ideas and challenging assumptions
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets. You’ll be based Cape Town, working closely with our London-based Growth team.

You’ll collaborate with sales, partnerships, product, and other teams to test and roll out initiatives that support Houst’s commercial growth. If you enjoy testing ideas, spotting patterns in data, and actually improving how things work, you’ll fit in well here.

What you’ll be doing
