What are we looking for?
Are you an experienced HR specialist with exceptional project management skills? Do you have experience in organisational design and flexible ways of working? Do you have experienced exposure of directly influencing senior stakeholder relationships and delivering people-related/HR change management projects?
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, and working closely with our HR Business Partner and wider people team, your day-to-day responsibilities will be inclusive of (but not limited to):
• Maternity cover to lead the People & Wellbeing team, including handover from and to the current role holder
• Connect with current Head of People, Wellbeing & Equity via KIT (keep in touch) days to update her on team, progress, and priorities
• Work with HR & Wellbeing Business Partner on day-to-day management of tasks/issues
• Work with HR & Wellbeing Business Partner to complete work on policies (as necessary)
• Take the lead on all People & Wellbeing priority projects
• Represent the People & Wellbeing team at Leadership Team
• Line management of current Head of People, Wellbeing & Equity direct reports and support their individual workstreams
• Coordinate People & Wellbeing team social / L&D calendar and events
You will have:
• Exceptional HR and/or organisational change management experience
• Experienced exposure of directly influencing senior stakeholder relationships and delivering people-related/HR change management projects
• Exceptional project management skills
• Prior experience of embedding consistent HR practices
• A demonstrable track record of delivery within fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail, with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Confidence communicating with internal stakeholders and experience in advising senior leaders as a business partner
Desirable skills:
• Awareness of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
