The Role As our Marketing Manager (Regular Giving Growth), you will lead innovative campaigns that enhance the value of our Regular Giving donor base. Through strategic planning and a deep understanding of donor motivations, you will drive income by increasing both the volume and value of our regular supporters. This role will challenge you to deliver across multiple channels – Primarily, telemarketing but also Direct Mail, Email, and SMS – as you engage with internal teams and external agencies in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Job Requirements To be successful, it is important that you have proven experience in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on growing customer or supporter value. Expertise in audience selection planning and understanding of data processes. Experience managing external partners, including telemarketing, creative, and fulfilment agencies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent analytical skills to assess data, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making.
