The role of Operational Excellence Process Engineer involves analysing, mapping, and optimising Customer Operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and map operational processes from end to end. You will also develop process improvement strategies and work closely with stakeholders to implement these improvements.

Job requirements include proven experience in process mapping, process improvement, and project management. Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies such as BPMN, Six Sigma, or Lean is essential. Experience in the insurance industry is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
