Operations Lead

The Senior Operations Lead sits at the heart of Good Innovation, a strategic, hands-on role that keeps the business running smoothly, its people thriving, and our impact visible. Reporting directly to a Partner, you’ll work closely with the leadership team across all areas of the business. You’ll be the person who notices what’s not working, has the drive to fix it, and the judgement to know when to escalate. This role is purposefully broad, spanning consultancy operations, people and culture, systems ownership, and client quality. All unified by one goal: make Good Innovation an efficient, profitable, people-first organisation that creates the impact it exists to deliver.
