Role Requirements
- Proven track record in a full-cycle people-centric role
- Strong knowledge of HR system design and configuration
- Experience in implementing people programs (e.g. L&D, benefits review, performance management)
- Proficient in interpreting data insights for informed decision making
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and up-to-date with best practices and employment law
- Experience in executing (global) payroll

The role: Join our small, but passionate team to deliver a first-class employee experience. We don’t take a traditional HR approach. We design simple, thoughtful solutions that meet our people’s needs and align with our business strategy. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day of people operations, bringing strong tech and data literacy, and a mindset for continuous improvement. You’ll help us build scalable, efficient processes that support how we work today and where we’re going next.
Job requirements: Solid experience in a full-cycle people role, crafting a meaningful employee journey. Confidence in designing and configuring HR systems and enjoys learning new tools. Strong attention to detail, and able to extract insights from data to inform action. Experience in design and implementation of people programmes (e.g. L&D, benefits review, performance management). Strong understanding of HR processes and keeps up to date with best practice & employment law. Supported the execution of (global) payroll. Approaches work creatively, seek innovative solutions and embraces learning.
