Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in Risk Control within the Payments Industry.
  • 5+ years in process excellence, managing complex, integrated projects globally.
  • Adept at developing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting with multiple project deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Role is looking for a strategic-thinking, resourceful, and highly-driven Risk Monitoring Process Architect to drive process improvement and efficiency across Client Services. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a small, impactful team passionate about driving operational excellence! The ideal candidate is an independent, hard-working individual, able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment and excel through self-motivation and personal drive.

Job Requirements Have a minimum 2 years previous experience in a Risk Control function within the Payments Industry preferably with exposure to both Acquiring and Issuing products. 5+ years of process excellence experience, ideally managing complex processes and projects with a high level of integration across multiple global units. Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures. Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
