We're building the digital infrastructure that UK small businesses will rely on for decades.

The role You'll join our programmes team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of partner and public-sector programmes. This is a role for a highly organised multi-tasker who takes pride in getting the details right – and who wants to learn how a modern, technology-driven business runs programmes at national scale. You'll report to the senior programmes manager.

What you'll do Programme delivery - Manage task timelines and delivery milestones across multiple projects using our project management tools - Set up and manage events across our platforms – registration, CRM, webinar and social channels - Liaise with speakers and trainers – briefing, scheduling, content co-ordination and tech checks - Manage pre- and post-event communications, surveys and feedback loops - Support in-person events – venue booking, catering, logistics and on-the-day delivery alongside programme managers - Assist with shortlisting applications for national competitions using scoring frameworks and your own judgement - Keep our records of speakers, venues, suppliers and promotional contacts accurate and current

Programme reporting - Support programme managers with managing suppliers and tracking budgets across campaign activities - Support the finance team with completing client-specific claims - Supply timesheet and cost-of-sale information so programme profitability can be tracked - Support payment run approvals - Assist with grants – applications, generating contracts and scheduling payment - Set up project cards in our internal systems as programme templates are finalised

Content and communications - Convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders, in writing and verbally - Assist with creating promotional assets and online event content, including presentations - Curate regional contact lists – universities, entrepreneur networks and local partners – to extend programme reach

Optimising operations - Use AI tools daily to draft communications, prepare event content, summarise feedback and automate routine tasks - Contribute to how the programmes team adopts new tools and improves its ways of working

Who you are - Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail – including with sensitive information - Self-motivated and quick to learn, and comfortable operating independently while supporting others - A clear communicator and natural team-player - Curious about technology and interested in how AI is changing the way work gets done

Skills and experience - Some experience in an administrative or co-ordination role - Confidence with standard office software (experience with CRM systems or event platforms is a bonus, not a requirement) - A problem-solving mindset and a customer-service orientation - Energy and enthusiasm that you bring to every task

What we're offering - £35,000 per annum - Flexible working policy - Healthcare plan - Cycle to work scheme - EMI share scheme - Training, including in AI tools and modern ways of working - Business books scheme
