Role Requirements

- Strong project management skills, excellent judgment, ability to solve complex problems and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in conducting randomized controlled trials would be an advantage but isn't compulsory.

You will be responsible for assessing funding applications, critically appraising delivery plans and budgets, and forming recommendations for our senior leadership. Additionally, you will manage relationships with grantees and ensure that funded activities meet evaluation standards, particularly focusing on the feasibility of conducting randomized controlled trials.
Job Requirements: We seek candidates from diverse backgrounds, possibly with experience in the youth sector, policing, criminal justice, education, or community engagement. While experience in conducting randomized controlled trials is beneficial, it is not mandatory. You should possess strong project management skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle complex problems and stakeholder relationships effectively.
