- Role Summary:
- Initiate and cultivate new client relationships while expanding existing accounts.
- Become an expert in areas such as performance management and management development.
- Engage customers with MindGym's compelling narrative to stimulate and inspire.
- Generate leads from a database of warm contacts and your network.
- Strategically enhance value within your accounts to foster client consensus and action.
- Successfully negotiate deals ranging from $50k-$1m with varied sales cycles.
- Role Requirements:
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently drive business growth.
- Proven B2B consultative sales experience.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed a sales quota of $1-2 million.
