And now, we’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to help us level up our paid social — with scroll-stopping ideas, bold creative, and a brain that blends data, storytelling, and performance.
💥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Come up with smart, social-first ideas for ads that actually perform
- Write punchy scripts and briefs for video content
- Create static ads (Canva or Adobe — up to you)
- Help plan and run shoots — from moodboards to directing on the day
- Work with senior creatives to turn ideas into high-performing campaigns
- Keep an eye on what’s trending and what’s working — and test, test, test
- Bring fresh thinking from the worlds of UGC, AI tools, TikTok, culture and more
- Give feedback to editors and creators to keep quality high
- Help manage content libraries, and keep shoots organised and on-track
- Use performance data to make your ideas sharper, faster and better
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Around 1 year of experience in content, creative, or paid social
- You get TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube — and know how to make each platform work
- You’re creative and performance-minded — you want the content to convert
- You can design in Canva or Adobe, and you’ve got a good visual eye
- You think independently, take initiative, and you’re not afraid to pitch bold ideas
- You love collaborating, learning fast and working in a high-energy team
- You care about storytelling as much as stats — and want to be part of building something big
- Bonus: You’ve created UGC yourself (or are keen to try)
