Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

  • Based in Bali with excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing, event management or similar roles.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a Hands-on and Can-do mindset.
  • Proficient user of Canva and tech-savvy.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of channels and implement different strategies. This is a perfect role for someone who’s dreaming of becoming a CMO one day or running their own digital marketing company. You’ll be part of a small team which means you’ll be very involved in both decision-making and execution - no fake “meta work” around here.

This is a part-time role (25–30 hours per week) with the potential to become full-time based on performance.

What will you do?

Even though this sounds like a long list, you’ll be touching only on 1-2 of these on a daily basis:

  • Email marketing & email automation
  • Social media management (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Social media content creation focused on light graphic design using existing templates and producing short videos (Reels)
  • Writing and publishing blog articles
  • Event planning & promotion
  • Event hosting and documentation
  • Website management (we use WordPress + Elementor)
  • Basic SEO implementation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support the Growth team

You are ideal for this opportunity if:

  • You are based in Bali.
  • You are proficient in English and have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • You are tech-savvy.
  • You are a proficient user of Canva.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions (business development, digital marketing, event management, customer success roles).
  • You have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • You are a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
  • You have a "Hands-on" and "Can-do" mindset.
  • Huge Bonus but not compulsory: You come from a Digital Marketing, Training & Consultancy, Startups or Co-working background.
