INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE COUNTRY MANAGER - EU (KEY FOCUS GERMANY)

The role entails being part of an exciting journey within a newly formed EU project team consisting of our Global Head of Amazon, Sales Director for retail and yourself. This role will be accountable for driving forwards the EU expansion team whilst also driving our online sales growth via D2C across Europe (fulfilment from our German Warehouse), managing our Meta, Google and SEO marketing efforts in country (can be via an agency) and ensuring a seamless experience for our EU D2C customers taking learnings from our thriving UK D2C business which equates for 80% off our UK sales.

Job requirements include being fluent in English and German (both spoken and written), having 3+ Years in E-commerce ideally in FMCG, supplements or food, proficient experience working with Shopify, Rebuy, Skio (or recharge) & loyalty platforms, and experience working with Meta Ads, Google ads or other advertising platforms within the EU (could have been managed through an agency).
