Role Summary

As Ops Transformation Lead, you will craft and implement roadmaps for operational design, managing a team of Business Analysts and Ops Excellence specialists. Immerse yourself in frontline operations, product designing, and tech innovations to effect enduring change. The role is a hybrid one based in the UK, encompassing remote work with occasional office visits and travel to Budapest.

Role Requirements

You need Business Analysis or Service Design skills applied in an operational context, complex workflow redesign project leadership, current-state process mapping abilities, and the expertise to manage/collaborate with Business Analysts and Ops Enablement/Ops Excellence specialists.

As the Ops Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the roadmap for operational design, managing a team of Business Analysts and Ops Excellence specialists. You will work closely with frontline Ops, Product, and Tech to embed lasting change. This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with 1–2 days per week in our London office and occasional travel to Budapest.

Your responsibilities will include designing future-state operating models, using structured frameworks to simplify processes, leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, translating operational insight into buildable change for Product and Engineering, and overseeing the rollout of redesigned workflows.

We are looking for someone with Business Analysis or Service Design expertise applied in an operational context, experience leading complex workflow redesign projects, ability to map current-state processes, and experience managing or collaborating with both Business Analysts and Ops Enablement/Ops Excellence specialists.
