Role Summary
- Assume a leadership role as Senior Finance Manager in Marshmallow's Group Finance team.
- Build and manage a 2-3 member team of both qualified and part-qualified accountants, fostering high performance.
- Handle the month-end close process, ensure group consolidation and compliance with UK GAAP and local accounting norms.
Role Requirements
- A fully qualified accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrable experience in financial control and advanced Excel/MS office skills.
- Experience with NetSuite and Xero (or similar ERP) and work in a regulated entity would be advantageous.

The Role We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Controllership) to build a high-performing finance reporting team. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in leading and driving high performance within the Group Finance team. You will manage a team of 2-3 qualified and part-qualified accountants, driving a high performance culture that is focussed on continuous improvement. You will also manage the month-end close process including group consolidation and ensuring financial information is compliant with UK GAAP and local accounting standards as applicable.
Job Requirements You are a fully qualified accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and proven experience in financial control. You have excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong technical accounting skills (UK GAAP) are essential. Experience working for a regulated entity would be a bonus. Advanced Excel and other MS Office skills are essential. Experience with NetSuite and Xero (or similar ERP) is a bonus.
