Role Summary
- Coordinate IT activities inclusive of project management, monitoring service delivery, and providing IT infrastructure support.
- Gain practical experience in IT service management under the guidance of the Country IT Operations Administrator.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT end-user support, along with software, hardware, and network support.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Expertise in inventory management, IT project management, IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
- Basic networking skills, proficiency in Windows and knowledge of Android endpoint deployment systems desirable.

The Role As an IT intern, you will coordinate IT activities, including IT project management, service delivery monitoring, and IT infrastructure support. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management. You will report to the Country IT Operations Administrator.
Job Requirements You should have 6 months of experience in IT end-user support, software, hardware and network support. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course is required. Knowledge of Inventory management, IT project management, IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and basic foundation of Networking skills are necessary. Familiarity with Windows is a must, and Android endpoint deployment systems is a nice to have.
Benefits Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
