Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Industry-relevant experience in Data and/or AI.
- Familiarity with low.o code platforms in Data and/or AI (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Google Analytics).
- Experience in teaching, leading workshops or otherwise educating others.
- Availability to lead live sessions at least two times a week for 4 weeks.
- Prowess in communicating technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to provide constructive and meaningful written feedback on assessment pieces.
- A passion for technology, education, and up-skilling workforce is a must!

Code First Girls is looking for committed and experienced technical individuals to become instructors for our 4-week, remotely-accessible, Business Essentials programme. This application is an expression of interest and your details will be saved in a talent pool - we will then contact successful applicants to invite them to interview.
Our Business Essentials courses are low o-code interventions for non-technical or tech-adjacent employees. These employees would not necessarily be redeployed into technical roles, but would leverage the skills learnt in their current non-tech or tech-adjacent role. It is ideal for Business professionals who want to use data and AI-driven insights in their roles, individuals interested in learning how to make data and AI-informed decisions without coding experience, and business professionals, managers, and decision-makers with no prior coding experience.
The initial engagement will be a freelance contract for the delivery of our 4-week Business Essentials course. We offer competitive remuneration in line with your technical and teaching skills and experience. You’d be joining the CFG team on a professional freelance basis, helping to shape our programme, focused on delivering a great product that can help our learners progress in their role.
We are looking for instructors who have industry-relevant experience in Data and/or AI, are familiar with low o code platforms in Data and/or AI (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Google Analytics), have experience teaching, leading workshops or otherwise educating others, can commit to leading live sessions at least two times a week for 4 weeks, are able to communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audience effectively, are able to provide constructive and meaningful written feedback on assessment pieces, and are passionate about tech, education, and up-skilling workforces!
