The role on offer involves leading a team of professionals in managing day-to-day operations while focusing on customer journey and case handling. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work and grow with our diverse team of engineers, product managers, designers, underwriters, and operations team. Those with experience in leading a Personal Injury Team, holds in-depth technical knowledge of motor claims Personal Injury processes, and have demonstrable data interpretation skills are highly desired. The Role We're looking for a Personal Injury Lead to be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a growing team of executives, developing our case handling function and focusing on owning our customer journey. This is an opportunity to collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, underwriters and our operations team to set us up for success.
Job Requirements Previous experience of managing a high performing Personal Injury Team. Thorough technical knowledge of motor claims Personal Injury processes (essential) and Litigation/CPR processes (essential), including most recent and appropriate case law (desirable). Numerical mindset; able to interpret data and use it to influence key decisions. Confidence in presenting findings and proposals to key stakeholders. Previous experience of project / strategic change management would also be beneficial.

Application Details We break it up into 3 stages: A Video screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team (30 mins). A Technical interview where we will discuss your previous experience with two leads from our Third Party Claims teams. (1 hour). A Cultural interview with another senior member of the business (1 hour).
