Head of Compliance & MLRO (MAT cover)

The role We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to manage our established team as maternity cover. This is a key role working across a tech-forward business at a senior level and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance standards are maintained across all jurisdiction that we operate in, as well as taking responsibility for AML policies, processes and reporting globally. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of the UK-regulated market. Previous AML experience that would make you suitable for holding the role of MLRO/Nominated Officer. Experience dealing with regulatory bodies.
