Role Summary

As a UX/UI Designer at Pod Point, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across a diverse range of digital touchpoints. You’ll be at the heart of a cross-functional team, working alongside product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring our brand and values to life. Your responsibilities will include crafting seamless, end-to-end experiences across apps, web tools, and platforms, contributing to our product roadmap, evolving and scaling our design system, leading user research, and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions.
We are looking for someone with a strong ownership mindset, who is passionate about improving the customer experience and using design to solve practical problems beautifully. You should have deep experience with Figma, be comfortable running your own research, and have experience collaborating with developers and shipping work in agile product teams. Experience with other design tools and front-end technologies would be a bonus.
