Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
- A higher educational degree related to Communication or Marketing with a strong focus on graphic and media design.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including social media management platforms and content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic and operational communication.

Rewilding Oder Delta is an independent non-profit association that works to achieve its own rewilding vision for the landscape. As part of the Rewilding Europe Network with 10 other landscapes, it is contributing to a broader vision of Europe as a place where wilder nature is valued and treated as crucial for a prosperous and healthy society.
The role of the Communication Officer is to strengthen local visibility of the Oder Delta in Poland and Germany, build engagement with key stakeholders, and promote public understanding and support for rewilding efforts on local, national, and international levels. The role involves close collaboration with the rewilding landscape team, Rewilding Europe’s Central Team, and communication colleagues in other landscapes.
Job requirements include excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English, a higher educational degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or other related field with strong focus on graphic and media design, proficiency in digital tools, including social media management platforms and content management systems (e.g. WordPress), and at least 3 years of experience in strategic and operational communication.
