Fractional Marketing Director

As a Fractional Marketing Director, you’ll lead our marketing function during a period of change, helping to clarify our brand strategy, shape a new team structure, and support a major product launch. This is a strategic and hands-on role, focused on laying strong foundations across brand, content, digital, retail and wholesale marketing. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and Growth Director, provide leadership to the existing team, and support the successful handover to a permanent Marketing Director.

Job requirements include leading a full marketing or brand function in a founder-led, high-growth consumer business, experience across brand strategy, digital, campaigns, content and product marketing, and confidence in navigating team restructure and organisational change. You should be comfortable working across a decentralised team (Cornwall + London + remote).

The role offers the opportunity for this interim role to evolve into a permanent position for the right person. Reporting lines include the CEO & Founder (Tom Sobey), Josh Tarlo (Growth Director), Ellie Rowe (People Director), Dan Goodenough (CFO).

The role is based in multiple locations including Southwark, London; Shoreditch, London; The Roastery, Porthleven, Cornwall. However, the role is also remote-friendly.
