The role entails managing and coordinating the activities of the logistics team, analyzing the performance of the logistics activity and implementing corrective actions to improve and optimize results, ensuring the smooth operation of activities in line with production while respecting procedures, and ensuring the achievement of service objectives.
Job requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar logistics role (ideally in the agri-food sector), experience in management, and a habit of working with numerous internal and external interlocutors. Recognized for your leadership, your listening skills and your presence in the field. Organized and rigorous, you have a strong spirit of analysis and synthesis and are proactive. Mastery of English is a plus.
