The Salesforce Functional Lead will add capacity and skill to the existing CRM team, to work with all stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that are fit for purpose. They will work with the business to get a clear understanding of requirements and support the Salesforce team in all aspects of delivery of the CRM project.
Job requirements include 3 years+ Salesforce implementation experience, including a detailed understanding and proven experience in delivering Salesforce based projects. An expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform, ideally Salesforce accreditation, including a demonstrable understanding of key platform principles and product capabilities. 5+ years’ experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of delivering large technology implementations in complex environments across global teams.
