About the role:

You are an experienced BDR with at least 12 months+ experience working in a SaaS BDR role, ideally with aspirations to manage a team of BDRs. You will work closely with the VP of Sales on building a repeatable and scalable BDR framework. This role will be hands-on - initially being the only BDR working on the YunoJuno Freelancer Management System (FMS), you will be ready to build a sales pipeline while building the framework for other BDRs to follow and build upon.

As an experienced BDR, you play a critical role within YunoJuno as you will be the first point of contact with our prospective clients. You will work strategically with the Account Executives on a target account list, while also building your own target account list. You’ll have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable with the following responsibilities:

  • Research to identify leads within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Working from a target account list and building your own
  • Targeting specific personas - using multi channel outreach; LinkedIn, email, voice notes, video, calling, networking
  • Focusing on personalisation of outreach - copy and paste spam will not cut it
  • Comfortable leading qualification calls with a range of prospects and levels of seniority
  • Maintain impeccable admin and update all activities in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in YunoJuno such as Sales, Marketing & CS
  • Report to the VP of Sales with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months  experience as a high-performing BDR (or similar role)
  • Articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a talent for building rapport
  • Have the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly evolving

Nice to have:

  • Selling within HR tech or selling to HR personas
  • Experience leading BDRs
