We are Arts Council England, a public body dedicated to promoting the arts, museums, and libraries across the country. We are passionate about supporting young people to have access to a broad, diverse music education.

The role of Senior Manager, Music Hubs, Policy and Programme Management, is critical to supporting the delivery of our Music Hubs programme. This role involves translating Government objectives into policy, working with colleagues, and coordinating activity across the Arts Council. You will apply your knowledge and experience in helping to shape our Music Education policies, advocate for the musical lives of children and young people and maintain engagement with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure user needs are kept at the heart of the programme.

Job requirements include a highly developed leadership skill, ability to build credible relationships and motivate teams to manage the policy and programme management of the Music Hub programme. You will work as a member of our Music Hubs Senior Management team to ensure we are effectively fulfilling our role as fund holder for the Music Hub programme on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE).

Benefits include a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. We are committed to being an inclusive employer, building an inclusive workplace, and recruiting a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve. We particularly encourage applications from people in underrepresented groups.
