Role Summary:

This position is a one-year temporary maternity cover, with an immediate start required. The working hours will cover Saturday to Wednesday, 8.5 hours daily.
The organisation - Mr & Mrs Smith is a global luxury hotel and villas company. We are known for our professionalism, sense of fun and brand values. We are currently looking for a Smith24 Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid sales/support role and is a full-time remote position based in the UK.
The role - The Smith24 Specialist will be responsible for promptly responding to inbound enquiries from members and B2B partners through all channels - phone, email, chat, webform. The role also involves proactively reaching out to new leads and existing members to drive growth. The Specialist will provide a high level of customer service to members and B2B partners during, before and after the booking process including complaint resolution when needed. The role also includes handling multiple queries simultaneously via phone, email, live chat and social forums with flair and personality.
Job requirements - The successful candidate must be available to work on a full-time basis between Saturday and Wednesday, with set days off - Thursdays and Fridays. They must have the ability to remain calm and positive under pressure, be highly organised with an efficient personality, have excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills (both written and spoken). Confidence when working in a dynamic environment, a professional attitude and team-oriented approach, ability to analyse and resolve difficult situations diplomatically, passion for customer service and ability to multitask are also required.
This is a temporary position for maternity leave for one year with a start date as soon as possible. The working hours are Saturday to Wednesday - 8.5 hours a day.
