What will you be doing?

With the pending introduction of a Supported Housing Regulatory Framework and licensing regime we are looking for someone who can help guide us through the consultation and introduction of these majors changes in the sector. We are looking for an individual who has at least 3 years experience working in social housing and property management, particularly the supported housing sector and with knowledge and understanding of Housing benefit, social care and support.

What are we looking for?

At Least 3 years experience in a Social Housing management role for a Housing association or Local authority. A good understanding of Housing Benefit and social rents.  Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people. Need to be an empathic, understanding person who is a team player enjoys working with a diverse range of people

Board meeting are every 6 weeks in Cowley, Oxford. Optional membership of Sub committees which also meet every 6 weeks.
