What will you be doing?
The tasks of a secretary include but are not restricted to the following:
• Email details and agendas for UMT meetings
• Take minutes at UMT meetings, upload them, and email to team members
• Act as a charity trustee
• Attend a regular UMT meeting - usually 1 hour, monthly on a weekday evening
What are we looking for?
A passion for improving the lives of young people is essential. If you think you are a match for the person specification below, please get in touch:
• You have three years or more experience in positions such ad administrator or secretary, with skills or knowledge such as:
o General administration
o Good literacy
o Verbal communication skills
• You are reliable, honest and trustworthy
• You work effectively with a team
• You are able to motivate and encourage others

You will play a key role make a positive difference to teenagers who are often struggling in today’s world and their communities.

Our trustee meeting is on a weekday evening. Any other trustee activity can be completed flexibly.
