Role Summary
- Analyze & contribute to the growth of diverse market access business units.
- Ensure market access value chains are analyzed against the winner value chain framework.
- Inform organizational resourcing decisions, guide Market Access stakeholders, and deliver impact for smallholder farmers.
- Responsibilities include Value Chain Analysis, Value Chain Development, and contribution to Special Projects.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
Seeking an exceptional entrepreneurial and analytical professional with 5+ years of experience to analyze & contribute to the growth of diverse market access business units to serve smallholder farmers. You will ensure that market access value chains are analyzed against the winner value chain framework thoroughly and accurately to 1) inform org resourcing decisions, 2) guide Market Access stakeholders on how to strengthen those value chains, and 3) deliver impact for smallholder farmers and especially youth and women. Responsibilities include Value Chain Analysis, Value Chain Development, and contribution to Special Projects. The role supports career growth and development with mentorship and training programs. Qualifications include excellent analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities.
