What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events. Draft SOP's, policies and manuals.
  • Event Planning: Organise and coordinate events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 

What are we looking for?

Must Have: 

  • Experience as an Administration Manager, Office Manager, or in a senior administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate workflows, and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence drafting professional correspondence, reports, and clear guidance for internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. 

Should Have: 

  • Experience working in a non-profit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
