What will you be doing?
We are a technology social enterprise with a mission to build a bright and healthy future for our children and young people. Our products and services deliver personalised mental healthcare for people, not for profit. We are urgently looking for an experienced content writer to work with us. We would like the volunteer to:
Perform resources audit: Assess the current state of our resources and recommend how we might improve our presence and engagement and where we might focus our efforts. Help us develop and execute a content plan around the mental health services we offer and create awareness for our platform and information on mental health difficulties depending on what is trending. Provide a strategy for managing our resources on an ongoing basis, e.g., creating a content calendar. with article ideas/titles Produce fresh and engaging content for our website, Facebook and Linkedin. Support in updating the resources on the website.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a volunteer who has experience:
Writing and editing informational articles and blogs. Building strategies to increase awareness of the Mindsum website. Developing a coherent brand voice for our articles and blogs. Creating content calendars to help plan our website's content. Knowledge or shared experience within the field of mental health.
The volunteer should also have
Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to quickly understand the needs of our team/organisation / users Good communication skills and a flair for copywriting Can ask key questions to enable us to clarify requirements Understands the resource constraints of a small charity and can work with these. Open to feedback
